Tara has done an amazing job with her studio. The old building is a stunning backdrop for the many services they offer. From meditation to spa treatments to kick boxing (can’t wait to start) and dance night on Fridays.nnCan’t wait to come back.

I absolutely love Mountainville Meditation Healing Arts! Not only is the location adorable and zen but Tara is an awesome instructor. I had the opportunity to have a yoga class taught by Tara with a group of friends on my birthday. It was relaxing, spiritual, calming, and physical. It was all I hoped it would be and more. If you are into yoga, meditation, healing, etc. you want to check out this place. You will not be disappointed!

Tara is an inspired and delightful yoga instructor. The yoga space is cozy and comfortable. It contains amazing and thoughtful props to ensure a comfortable practice .nI have experienced the copper spa tub, and red light bed. These were followed by the most skillful and intuitive massage I have ever received in my life. I highly recommend Tara as a masseuse.

Tara is the most amazing yoga instructor. Her style is the perfect combination of physical and spiritual. I can't recommend her classes and beautiful studio she's created enough. You will love taking her yoga classes and you will feel at home in her studio.
