Very nice and welcoming studio. Wish there were more variety to the classes and instructors. Chill- Flow- Chill -Flow is all the classes. A basics class and variety of styles so students have a better understanding of practices. Though the owner is nice she teaches every class Would like to see Laura Paula Suzanne or Katherine teach more.
I've always been intimidated by Yoga - I think it's probably because I have a terrible sense of balance and figured I'd look ridiculous. My doctor said Yoga was my only option for my back and told me to basically get over it and take care of myself. And then I arrived at Dragonfly & Emma. She was thrilled that she would be leading my very first Yoga class! The entire experience was exceptional and I'm upset with myself that I didn't do this years ago. The Chill class is perfect for me - I look forward to going and I feel great when I leave. New or intimidated of Yoga? Get over it and take care of your mind and body - Emma & her staff will not disappoint!
