I actually have membership at another car rental, but got frustrated at failed attempts to reserve at the promised member discount as well as the restrictive policy changes since I first used them. I checked with Enterprise expecting more hurdles but was VERY pleasantly surprised from the easy, accomodating reservation & pickup process, to the courteous/responsive service during the week-long rental to the equally excellent return experience. On top of that, I didn't have to jump to hoops to add my husband as an alternate driver (spouses automatically allowed) AND the satellite radio for a week was a fraction of the price my previous company was charging. I'll absolutely use Enterprise again net time!

This was the best experience, of the last 4 rentals I've had this year, & I'll say that I recouped some of my faith in your company. The car appeared to have been washed recently, it smelled nice, it had a full tank of gas & it ran well & even had the proper tire pressures, on all the tires. Branson, the rep was very courteous & helpful. Thanks for the moment.!!

This used to be my favorite location to rent from. They were fast, very nice, and had great customer service. I’m not so fond of this location now, the last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait an extended amount of time just for someone to get a vehicle for me.(nearly an hour or so this last time). The time before that i had to wait until the next day to get a reservation that was made. For the day prior. Jus not an acceptable way of doing business. A discounted rate would have been nice or even an apology for not having my rental on time. I got neither

The Hispanic male picks and chooses who he is helpful/friendly too. He did not want to help me. I took my business else where. I didn’t want him making any type of sale off of me. Sorry to the other young gentleman that was open to helping me. I ended up going to a different location that was friendlier and more helpful than this guy was.

This location seems to be very unorganized. I arrive only to be told that they have no clean cars and that they have to clean one...What is the point of a freaking appointment if you are completely unprepared for clients to come in and take their reservation? Staff is very clueless with correct pick up and drop off procedures. Clearly with no clean cars on the lot.... I thought by going here instead of the airport it would be easier, but turns out that is not the case. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere... SMH @ Enterprise. Very disappointed to say the least at your lack of preparation and or cleaning practices.. especially with COVID. I can only imagine what lurks on the inside of the car, if your cars are all dirty at time of pickup. When I mean dirty, I mean they were Filthy with a huge capital F. Step it up Enterprise!
