WeStrong Strength & Conditioning

We just moved into the neighborhood and got to choose between this , 24 hour and a small and pricey gym down the street. NJ Fitness' offers a decent price for quality of gym in my opinion in NJ. It's not enormous but it's a good sized gym. It only gets crowded afterwork which is probably the same anywhere you go in NJ but I've gone at random times on the weekends and you can get a great workout in. Their Zumba class is also super fun. I'd recommend it!

Very well designed gym, even the peak hours are not super crowd. instructors are good for the classes, and I love the locker room, it's super clean and the musics are very relaxing

I have been going here for several years and can highly recommend the program and the results. Workouts are tough, but scaled to each individual, so Coach pushes you as hard as your individual capability allows. Also, a great group of people go here and you will make friends if you want to.

I can’t say enough great things about westrong. I’ve always struggled with sticking to excercise since I usually find it boring and easily lose motivation. But I’ve been hooked to westrong for the past five months, which is a huge feat for me. I’m so happy to have found a gym that’s kept me feeling challenged and motivated. The members are welcoming and easy to work out with, and Omar is a great trainer—down to earth and clearly passionate about what he does. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking to feel healthier, happier, and stronger!

I almost had an asthma attack but the best almost attack and feeling of overcoming and empower ever! I never went back bc I heard he was closing shop but so happy he is still empowering the JC masses!
