Beautiful gym with awesome classes and coaches!! First I took a CrossFit class which was an amazing workout and then I finished up with a hot yoga class that was the perfect compliment to stretch out from the workout. I love how the gym has CrossFit, HIIT workouts and hot yoga all in one gym! Super convenient and all around great value.

I went there for the yoga class with Sam and loved it!nnI have always wanted to try Crossfit, so this place is perfect because now I can take my first Crossfit class right before yoga!
