I couldn’t say enough nice things about PSP, Megan, Nick,Andrew and the whole team. During the pandemic, PSP created a tailor-made workout for our 11 year old son and his lacrosse travel team teammates. Our son had been so close to making the A team last year but fell just short. However, he dedicated himself to doing the 5 PSP workouts each week for 12 weeks leading up to the summer season and as a result - wow- he was way more explosive, agile, powerful, and really stood out among his peers. When tryouts came at the end of the summer, our son was several steps quicker and way more powerful and as a direct result of the superior knowledge of PSP and higher caliber workouts, our son made the A travel lacrosse team with incredibly huge competition of 80 kids for just 21 spots. Thank you so much PSP!

My son recently attended the sports camp and he could not stop raving about how much fun he had. He likes the challenge of pushing the equipment and feeling strong after being able to reach goals he didn’t even know he could achieve. This was a great experience!! I look forward to going to a class myself sometime soon!

Golf is my life. I recently herniated a disc causing severe sciatica symptoms in my lower back, down my right leg. When the injury first occurred, I feared that I wouldn't be able to swing a golf club to my standards again. It hurt to do pretty much anything, let alone swing a golf club. Jesse and his staff at Provere have been working with me for about 6 weeks since my herniation, and I am doing light years better than I thought I would be doing at this stage. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and builds a trust with his patients from the very start. After the first two sessions, he instilled the confidence in me that WE would get through this injury TOGETHER. Within two weeks, he had me in good enough shape to start swinging a golf club again. I have been seeing Jesse and his staff twice a week and I feel like we make progress every session. It's very encouraging that we have taken such huge strides so quickly. I can't imagine working with another PT and I am looking forward to the rest of our success together!
