According to the Lincoln owner's manual, we were due for an oil change. We have only driven 3,000 miles since the previous change (and we typically change at 6,000). I went to the North Hampton Jiffy Lube, I was told the oil life was still good, and they reset our computer for us and didn't charge a cent. I appreciate their honesty. I needed a directional bulb changed, and that was done in about two minutes, and they charged a very reasonable price. The staff could not have been nicer. I was even wished a happy Easter. They have serviced our vehicles in the past, and we will definitely return there!

I had one vehicle inspected recently, no issues. Brought a second vehicle in on the same day, told the guy doing the inspections is out for a half hour on break. So I left and came back 45 minutes later. It's now 1:45 pm. Then I'm told he's done 7 today and he's not doing anymore today! Huh? So today, 3 days after that experience, I arrive at 9:30 and I'm first told the computer system doesn't boot until 10:00. Wow! Okay, so I wait in place for a few minutes before some jerk comes out and tells me to move my car in case someone comes in for an oil change. We're done now. No going back.

One worker got covid and couldn't inspect my truck that day I went, so they sent me to another location took off half the cost and even cleaned lenses on the truck. Boy I can see much better at night. I recommend paying the 15 bucks to do it. Was worth my time. Inspection done
