Had a great time! Service was great! Food was good! Atmosphere was great! Only problem....turn down the music....or live the speakers! When you sit in the booths that have the speakers above you, you have to practically yell back and forth to talk to the people you are with!!! Turn down the music and you have a completely fantastic set up!!!
Since they have opened we have gotten lunch to go for work. It has been good quality food. The fries need to be put onto cardboard or something because they are greasy. The wrap my boss fell in love with has been completely different each time he ordered it in the last 2 weeks. It is not even remotely the same. They have quality staff but it has become so popular they seem a little overwhelmed and forget things. We recently took a client there for lunch because she said she loved wings. She ordered a Margarita it was mix but the killer part is it was not shaken with ice before being served. Any bartender knows it has to be shaken with the ice to help cut the citric acid down. She said it was horrible. We asked for it to be replaced hoping the bartender would offer a fix. Round two still just poured over ice she never even drank it. Then the wings were rubbery. We were disappointed but we also run a business so we get the kinks and bumps. I think the place looks great the Bahn Me salad is to die for and we will continue to support along the way. I know that they will get it all worked out.
I really am not sure how they have a 4.5 star average, I’m a very reasonable person but I paid $12 for a juicy Lucy everything was fine the service was quick as I was getting take out. But when I arrived at home and fit into my burger which was a double burger probably a half a pound of beef all together it was raw in the middle and cold. I live 4 miles away, I pulled the receipt from the bag to notice that they also charged me a 20% gratuity without notification on the menu or signage anywhere in the building. When I called and asked about it I was told that it was on the computer screen when I signed for my credit card although it was not explained to me I was expected to see it without my glasses. I should also mention that I noticed a sign on the wall that said mesh were required by law, it is not a law! It is a mandate! You should do the Research on the definition of these two words. I will not be returning I would rather go to McDonald’s and be poisoned. By the way I also put a five dollar bill in the tip jar thinking that I wasn’t charged so they made out with 50% of my bill
On way home from food shopping Wife wanted lunch. So we tried WingItz in Hampton. We have been at WingItz location In Portsmouth, thought we'd give new location a try. Ordered take out @ 11 am and was surprised to see it was busy so early on a Sunday.n. We each got a Juicy Lucy, which is a double burger with cheddar , lettuce, tomato and onion. It came with hand cut fries and a dill pickle spear. Also got a10 piece wing with Bacon BBQ sauce. The burgers were great, medium rare and juicy(like the nameud83dude01) fries were good. For 12$ it was a very filling lunch. We saved the wings for dinner later. We reheated wings in air fryer for 10 minutes and they were very good. The Bacon BBQ sauce was a little sweet, but nice touch. This little wing chain has great variety, good quality food and service has been great in both locations. I would highly recommend!;
Bar was comfortable, bartenders definitely were fast and friendly. Had a 1/2 of steak and cheese sub. Best steak and cheese ive had in a long time.Bread was fresh like they just made it .
