L.L.Bean

I like LL Bean. What else can I say? They have a petites' section. Every spring/summer I stop by and browse for gear that I seldom use, except for the shoes...flip flops, water shoes, sneakers, slip ons and so on. The footwear I use all the time. Sometimes, I find a scuff mark or something and ask for any discount I can get, and they usually oblige. I walk in avoiding something and leave productive.

Gr re at unplanned stop that was better than the planned visit to the main outlet in Freeport. This location had more selection of the the Bean's with different liners or without lining also.

Outstanding customer service. Diana was very helpful with a return, then took the time to walk me through options in my search for a new boot. Happy customer!
