I would not recommend this company,since they bought the storage units in Pittsfield I had to sign a new contract (not a big deal)saying I would pay $80 a month on the 1st of every month,today I get a letter in the mail saying my rate increased from $80-$99 a month and being a single mom and being in a PENDEMIC this is wrong and I should be grandfathered in.nI will be moving my things as soon as the warm weather is here and I will be telling my friends not to use 603selfstorage.nI don't know how this is legal but I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday and complaining.nThe reason I chose this storage unit was because of the pricing and the use of the free truck.nnFyi-never had a problem with the last owners.nThese new owners are obviously money hungry and put money before their customers.nWe also had a free moving truck with the last customers.
Reserved by text , paid online and was in unit 10 minutes later with new padlock waiting inside for me

Great place to store our stuff. Excellent customer service when I have needed it.
