Being a Senior and new to yoga, I had zero confidence and was a little intimidated. My very first encounter with Stacey at Powerful You changed all that. She is a wonderful teacher. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed right away and and now I'm hooked! I look forward to each class and to learning something new each time. It's fun!
This is the most welcoming and real place. I had avoided yoga in public classes for a long time as I didn't feel comfortable and felt out of place. I gave Stacey's class a try and I am so happy I did. High recommend!
Stacey shares her love and compassion through her yoga. She is very good at cueing and reminding you of minor adjustments.nIve brought a few people to her class and we all left with knowing we'd be back!!
