The overall experience at Clean Lines was excellent. The owner, Mike, was easy to work with. He kept me updated via text about the progress. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job repairing my Jeep. It's as good as new again.
Rear ended someone in New York and needed my grill fixed for my Mercedes Benz. He was super friendly and got the job done in no time. My car looks brand new. I was very pleased with the good job and the timely manner. He even cleaned the inside of my car which I totally appreciate. I will definitely go back and recommend him to anyone I know.
I have never left a review for a business before, but this one deserves it. I left my car to have minor scratches buffed out, and when I picked it up 3 days later, about half of the scratches were untouched, including two on the hood that I had specifically pointed out. Most were very minor scratches in the clear coat - I had been advised by an auto professional that they would buff out. I brought the car back a second time and when I picked it up, the remaining scratches were touched up with a darker paint that didn't match. This owner may have the capability to do good work, but apparently doesn't care.
Fixed a few scratches at a great price. Very reliable and professional. Listened to all of my concerns and had my car ready when needed. Would go there again
These folks seem to want to make all their money from one customer and in their current location the clientele don't have the money.
