Clean and well managed storage facility. Convenient to Rt 93. Have used Bluebird for 2 years now and very happy with their facility!
I never would have thought that I would rave about a storage facility. I mean, you put your stuff in a box and walk away, right? Yet the staff at Bluebird have been so great I'm honestly sad to be moving my stuff out of the Londonderry location. The staff have all been exceptionally kind and friendly, they are informative, and I have never worried about my belongings being in their care. I am so grateful to them for providing me with a storage solution when I really needed one. Thank you, thank you, Bluebird Londonderry!
This facility is fairly new, clean, and we'll maintained. It falls short of five stars only because the access hours are somewhat limited, and because when leaving the parking lot and heading back toward the main road it's a right-only turn onto Queen City Ave, although this would be difficult for Bluebird to change.
I would give them a 5 star rating if it were not for the annual rate increases. Today my checking account earns an annual percentage rate of 1/10 of a percent. Each year the rate increases were 10% on average. Otherwise, the place is dry, clean and has heat and AC.
It is a storage facility. Indoor and climate controlled. For the price it does seem to be a bit in the higher side as I was paying close to $150 a month. If you decide to use this company please make sure to read the fine print. They will pro-rate the cost going in but they will not do the same when leaving. Contacted the office to discuss this and was basically met with a flat no. Had to speak to the manager of the locations and it took a few times to actually get in contact with her. Basically was met with the same response. I do understand there is policies and procedures for all companies but they also need to look at the customer aspect. Would you rather have a positive experience at the end and have possibly more word of mouth referrals and repeat business in the future? Nope, they really seem to not care about that. I have used a few different storage facilites in the past and they have always worked with customers if they are vacating before the end of the month.
