Ordered Grand Slam today for the first time. I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap and a side of fries. The girl on the phone was fantastic and listened to what I wanted in the wrap perfectly. I'll have to try again some time because the ingredients were definitely good but my wrap was absolutely drenched in dressing and hot sauce. To the point it was pouring out of the bottom of the wrap like a faucet. That's wayyyyy to much. Other than that, I enjoyed the fries but I did end up opening up the wrap and picking the chicken out to eat because I'm not trying to eat a 1/2 bottle of buffalo sauce. I'll try again sometime
The one cashier/delivery girl is so on top of her job! She's always nice and friendly. They are so lucky to have her. I think her name is Nina. The food there is awesome to. Overall a great place!
I’ve order from them 3 different times, the first order was excellent ordered 3 subs and the Nachos. The Nachos wasn’t that great the could of done a better job in my own opinion. The second order was ehh like they didn’t even care. So I gave them another shot last night. The girl on the phone was rude, didn’t care on what I had to say. She claims the other store has nothing to do with this store, I don’t see how 2 sub shops in Manchester have the exact same name and the same food. I ordered a LG Italian no veggies at all, just meat and hot dressing. On the menu I’ve used the 3 times I called is the same menu so why is it different now?
They make a great cheese Steak Hoagie. I explained to them what to put on it but came out fantastic. Great drinks and love their soups.
Never had the opportunity to eat here when I tried. Called multiple times and the phone was picked up and hung up without anything said three times. Attempt #4 was asked to hold, waited about 5 minutes then they hung up on me again. Tried a 5th time and told them I was hung up on when they asked if I could hold, and they hung up again.nnThat's too bad since they seem to have decent reviews here.nnI hope your experience is better than mine.
