My last choice got stuck going here because I was in a hurry and there was no line, but as always, the food was not hot fries cold, and service is horrible the only good thing here is there pies, but even that there out of more times than not. I don't recommend this place go to Wendy's. It's worth the wait.

A simple thing like remembering to give me the barbecue sauce I ordered with my chicken fries. At least it should’ve been a simple thing. Looking in the bag after pulling away, however, there is no barbecue sauce. Merry Christmas. Why don’t you just shut down since you can’t provide anything resembling halfway decent customer service.

Easily the best BK in Manchester. Service was fast and food tasted fresh. South Willow and Hooksett Rd BKs are trash and should be avoided, but from my experience Second St is worth going to.

One of two Manchester area BK's I'm aware of. It's a 50/50 with both of them in terms of quality, customer service, and general environment. The South Willow location is probably the better one in terms of outside appearance and cleanliness. The Second Street location could be better.nnHowever, this past experience at this location (Second St) was pleasant. Fast service was the key here and normally I don't experience that at any Manchester BK. I was impressed. If they can keep that service I had, they will remain in business.
