They made it more than right...!nWe ordered and paid online, as has been our habit for most places during the pandemic. Got the pick up time, and went to get food. Apparently, someone in line before me was not having a good day and was not only letting others around him know about it, but was also giving the staff member behind the desk a hard time also.nWhat this did was got her flustered, and everyone else around on edge.nAll the time she was VERY professional.nTurns out he ended up impatiently taking my food, and left, and I got his..... He got my T-Bone - the last, as it happened, of the day.nInstead of kicking off and causing a scene he could have simply waiting an extra 20 seconds.nFor the inconvenience, the Manager remade our order, credited the entire bill AND gave us a very generous Gift card!nTo my mind, everyone is allowed to make mistakes, PARTICULARLY in these very odd times, and creating a scene or behaving like a bratty child simply gets everyone else agitated. T-Bones management and staff are doing a fantastic job, in exceptional circumstances. Maybe if everyone gave service staff and other workers the same courtesy they seem to demand from them, we'd be in a better place.nWell done T-bones. Very well done indeed.

We came here for dinner couple weeks ago. Steven was our server and was amazing! Food and drinks were delicious. Steven was on top of all that we needed. He made sure to bring my kids mac and cheese out before our meals which I forgot to even ask him to do but he knew to do it and I appreciate that a lot. We will be coming back here from now on.

We always experience great service here. Expectations are met with quality food, well plated, and served with a smile. We usually sit at the bar and never have to wait for a seat. Prices are fair, and service is accommodating. Parking is easy to come by. The patio is great in the warmer weather. I recommended the garlic parmasean wings as a sharable appetizer. The baked haddock is flavorful and delicious.

Considering we sat in a tent in the parking lot, the food was outstanding and even though no a big sweet person it was a birthday celebration and the chocolate brownie Sunday and the double chocolate cake were 100% worthy!nExcellent meal...
