Wonderful atmosphere and super personal service. The menu was crisp and enchanting. Will absolutely recommend this spot to friends and family. Convenient rates and large portions. Great work.

If I had to pick between this and Chipotle which is a couple doors down and has a similar premise, I'd pick Chipotle. I went last night to pick up a takeout order for my husband and I. It was 6:30 on a Saturday and it looked like they were ready to close down. Admittedly I'm not sure what their hours are so maybe that was part of it. Anyway, they didn't have chicken and were out of white tortillas. The first one I can understand, but they can't grab tortillas off their shelf? Anyway, the order goes mostly ok until I ask for the Cotija cheese on their menu. The kid says he's never heard of it. Ok, it's only on your menu, but I cut him a break because he's nice and who knows how long he's worked there. Honestly that's more a failing in the part of While Foods for not having an accurate menu or not training him properly on their menu. The problems came really when I got home. The food (a burrito and a bowl) was ice cold. And by comparison I've driven home with takeout from the Chipotle a few doors further away and its been plenty hot. Additionally the beef we settled for was smushy and lacked any substantive texture. Everything was ready bland, the rice was under cooked to the point I had concerns over whether I should even be chewing it, and the meal wasn't filling. For the same price I can go to Chipotle and get a burrito bowl that is full of food that I can make into dinner and lunch. Save your money and just go to Chipotle.

Even though there are more options especially for vegans here, I would still choose chipotle. I was scared to eat my burito tonight because I kept biting into dirt and hard rice.. I did get a lot of cilantro so I'm guessing it just wasn't washed well enough. Everything was also very bland.
