The service was horrible. 4 Employees Making One ice cream And made us wait About 15 minutes to place an order to go. I ordered a large Peanut Butter Cup Ice cream sundae.This Sunday was so plain All it had was A Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Vanilla ice cream, Marshmallow and whipped cream... There was Absolutely no Peanut butter in with the ice cream So all I'm eating is pretty much Vanilla ice cream with marshmallow.. Which I could have Just bought That at the store 4 Under $5... Very very disappointing i used to love Friendly's and it has been years And I was very excited... Guess i wont be going there again anytime soon!!
We all know Friendly's are hit or miss. This is one of the good ones. Food comes out fast and hot. Staff is super nice and attentive. Good job guys!
It was awesome to find a Friendly's that was open! Our hostess and waitress were very friendly and so helpful! We'll definitely be going again!
This was by far the most disappointing trip to a Friendly's I've ever had. My daughter found a piece of sharp broken plastic in her food. Never saw a manager never got an apology. We got 10% off could have at least made the dangerous sandwich free. There was also hair in the french fries.. Then the waitress forgot my 3 year old's ice cream. We won't be back.
Really enjoyed our dinner here Saturday night. Very friendly staff and the manager there is wonderful.nWe will go back if we are in the area.
