I have been a member here since 2008. The coaching is both excellent and supportive, and my fellow crossfitters make working out a pleasure, as they encourage and motivate each other to succeed. This is a testament to Samy and the rest of coaches who have created such a wonderful atmosphere.

Came to this gym three years ago with no experience and had no idea what CrossFit was. I can say today that this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. It has changed me for the good. The coaches are amazing! The community is awesome. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Best decision I ever made! CrossFit New Hampshire! I’m a newbie and was very hesitant signing up. I’ve done the gym thing. Never committed to it. Just wasn’t for me.nnThe coaches are phenomenal here! They take the time to show you the basics. For the first few weeks you’re one on one. Learning how to do things correctly.nnHere it’s such a welcoming community of people. Not judging but cheering you on.nnIf you want to get stronger and healthier not have to worry about being judged. This is the place ! I actually look forward to CrossFit.

Dropped in for a class while in town and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Nice facilities too. I’ll definitely be back!
