Very calming and peaceful atmosphere. Staff very knowledgeable and help guide spirituality.
The vibes in this sacred space are magical. The place is beautiful and filled with love! It’s very evident that Amy poured her heart and soul into this place to make it what it is. I went to the closing sound bath on opening night and it was such an incredible experience! 10/10 recommend. I've witnessed the owner, Amy, commit the last couple years creating her vision into reality. Years of practice, training and education. Not only is this space beautiful, it was meticulously planned to reflect every bit of positive, healing energy. This all inclusive studio is going to give anyone, from beginners to expert, the space to practice different forms of yoga, release unwanted energy and posses the energy toward ultimate health. Spiritual, mental, and physical. I've participated in Amy's classes and they are nothing short of amazing.
