Pure Barre

My first class with Emily was great! I hadn’t been in about a year so I was a little nervous. Emily made me feel comfortable right away. She introduced herself and gave me a quick run over which helped jog my memory and ease my nerves a bit. Love and appreciate Pure Barre for targeting all muscle groups.. I am definitely feeling it now! Highly recommend!

The best workout ever!

As a member of over 4 years, unfortunately I would NOT recommended this studio to anyone. My sister is an instructor and I’m a former dancer so it is really upsetting that I have to cancel my membership. Over time they turned into more and more of a money grab at every step of the way. Changing policy’s without truly notifying you, $20 fee every time you decide to cancel a class 4 HOURS ahead of time (even in a snow storm) I once called 2 hours before the class stating that I didn’t feel comfortable driving and that I was not going to make it to class because of the sudden snow fall they said that was ok and then later I had a $20 receipt from them. I already pay more than $ 100 to go here a month and that’s with a student discount. They are dishonest about charges and policy. I also once had them charge 300 dollars overnight on my credit card they have they said it was an error in their system which took 3 weeks to be refunded. When I first started barre here we were able to freeze our account for 12 weeks of the year anytime for no charge. The policy has changed where now you only get one month a year, and have to use that one month all at once. Also btw there is a $15 fee to “freeze” your account that they never told me about until I asked for a freeze as I am finishing my last semester of school and needed a little time off. So when you’re trying to save money by freezing your account while busy or on vacation you will have to give them money to do so, so that you don’t have to give them money. Makes sense?? No. My final straw was when they told me I owed them a 30 day notice despite that I just paid them $120 dollars two weeks ago. They wanted another payment out of me. They don’t care that I’ve been there 4 years. They are in it for the money clearly.

I have taken 5 classes at Pure Barre in Bedford and I absolutely love it! I already feel a difference in my energy and see some changes in my body. I also love taking classes with my daughter and her girlfriend. Makes it fun. The instructors are all very nice and help you when they see the need. Definitely coming back

Such an amazing workout with an awesome community. I love the encouragement both teachers and students give to each other. I truly look forward to each time I come to Pure Barre. I have made so many new friends and know that I will make even more each day I go. Thank you Pure Barre Bedford for changing my life!
