I would like to start this review by saying,nI don’t think anybody really enjoys having to pay bills, but obviously it’s necessary.nnNow, Having said that, I would like to take a moment to thank the ladies in the “collectors office“, they are always polite, efficient and courteous!nnI can’t imagine having to deal with the public every day like they do, and still be so professional and top notch.nEspecially considering the way they are Sometimes spoken to, by an angry public.nnTry to remember everybody, they are there earning a living, and doing a great job.nnI recently had an “issue“ with one of my bills, it ended up being an error on my part.nOne of the “lovely ladies”in the office took the time to explain to me what had happened.nnIt meant enough for me to take some time out of my day, and post this comment…nMaybe it will influence others to spread a little kindness to the ladies in the collectors office.
