The customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Every time I’ve called, they have always been so nice and friendly. That helps with the experience a lot!
The mechanics that work here are great. They will let you know what needs to be done but explain why also. Alternatively if there is work that can be put off they will let you know & leave it up to your judgement. I never feel pressured into doing unnecessary work on my car& always drive away satisfied.
I had gotten new wheels (rims, whatever you want to call them!) the day before. After a short trip to Merrimack on my way back to Nashua my warning sensors went on about the tire pressure. It was at 7% in one of my tires by the time I got there. The poor guys were about to close shop as it was Sunday and almost 5. They took the time to check, assess the problem, and fill my tire so I would be safe to get home. I had to beg him to charge me as they were so kind and it just seemed like a normal day for them. But, for me, a woman who knows nothing about tires and wheels, I was freaking out. What a wonderful staff you have. Thank you!
