Verbally state what they are doing and each specific of each task. Such as PSI for which tire. It's to cover their butt when people blame them for problems later. But the efficiency it's created is wonderful. They aren't having much side conversation. Everyone is focused on their work. It's a very pleasant experience.
Very rude and unprofessional staff, I had a extended wait and while waiting witness the manager loudly yelling at and scolding two employees for failing to be attentive in their work very shortly after one of the just scolded employees came to do my inspection and was incredibly rude, got into an argument with me an refused to inspect my car.nnOverall just truly terrible standards of professionalism and courtesy clearly both the workers and management are not interested in high quality work or good customer service. There's three other tire/oil/inspection shops within 100 yards go to one of them instead.
This is the best place in Nashua to go for state inspection. Every other facility told me they would not inspect my car when I called for a same day appointment except this Valvoline. I came in probably a half hour before closing, I was surprised to see the inspector was so nice and didn't give me any additude about coming before closing time!
Went for an instant oil change today in Nashua on Amherst St. and was extremely impressed, Highly recommend for any service! Super friendly, efficient and professional.
Have returned back here recently to get my oil changed a few times. Staff were super friendly and got me in and out quickly without trying to oversell me on a bunch of extras
