I went to this McDonald’s literally a couple minutes ago at 10:40 from picking up my brother from the airport. The worker took my order and then I decided to change my order to large French fries and she took the order. Then after she rang me up for a drink I didn’t even say. Then charged me for the wrong size French fries. I kept trying to get her attention to fix the order. She ignored me so I had to get her other co worker that was nice and understanding.
Very neat and welcoming spot. They provide large portions and for reasonable rates. I loved the food very much and the staff members were super attentive and explanatory. Recommended.
The young man that waited on me at the register apparently doesn't know the words thank you or your welcome. The young lady that handed me my order couldn't even respond to my saying thank you. Where did these kids learn their manners?
It's McDonald's what can I say. Had a good person today and my order was right. I have to say it is hit or miss, but this is one of the best in Manchester.
Best McDonald's in Southern New Hampshire! We don't go often but when we do, we avoid the closer location in Merrimack to come here. Always accurate, always hot, always fresh!
