This location has definitely improved in the past year. I've gone through the drive thru numerous times during the pandemic, and they have been friendly, helpful, and have served tasty food each time. Much better service and quality as compared with previous years. Wait times can still be slow at night though so plan to wait at least 15 minutes during late night hours.
Drive thru is great! hardly ever forgot my something in my order. I would definitely give the five star if they didn’t always I mean half the time I go in the morning don’t have sausage burritos. The supervisor a young man told me that they don’t have enough people to make them in the morning and or the truck didn’t send them but then I got to the McDonald’s on s Willow and they ALWAYS have them which is right across the bridge I feel like they just don’t want to make them and If that’s the case then take them off the menu. But there manager I think her name is Mary she is a fantastic has to be the sweetest woman and so kind . But there shift leaders not so much. In my experience.
Took 15 minutes to get a big mac and McDouble.. Maybe they were under staffed idk.but super slow service
Great customer service
I know its only a fast food place, but tonight I waited in line for 45 minutes! 20 minutes to order due to the line, that I understand, they are busy. But another 25 minutes to get my food is ridiculous. They are clearly understaffed and can't operate when busy. They need to figure that out and also not make people in the drive through wait for food when people who walked in got it quicker. Will never ever come back here.
