Systems were down, and while trying to fix it a customer was frantically trying to get around the counter/barrier to get their attention instead of, you know, standing at the normal place you order or using words. Once the employees noticed the customer wasn’t looking at the menu (which took approximately 15 seconds)the employees took care of the customers order with grace and speed despite the extremely rude responses to basic questions ensuring the order was correct.nnMy order was delightful and the drinks came out great.nnSpecial thanks to the target employee that rendered the sales on a register so the Starbucks crew could focus on the building line. This is why I am coming to this location from now on.

Compared to every other Starbucks I've been to (especially the ones located in Targets) this was the best one. The order came out so quick that I couldn't believe it and it was made perfectly. Also there was no line at all (it was around noon but every other Starbucks I've been to still has a giant line at that time).

Came here right before 8, guess it closes at 8 which I did not know beforehand. Got in line for a coffee behind my friend, who ordered her coffee. As I walked up, seconds after her, the very snippy employee told me they were “technically closed” and would not serve me. They had not locked the register yet and had literally served my friend seconds before me. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth which cast a negative shadow on my entire shopping trip. Will not stop here again.

I didn't catch her name, but the girl with the long black hair and nose ring was very unpleasant and rude to deal with. She had an attitude just because I didn't state at first if I wanted my coffee hot or iced, and then just threw my drink on the table when she was done making it and quickly walked away. I felt like I was a burden and inconveniencing her just because she had to do her job. Customer service clearly isn't the right place for her.
