Still in use, this lovely, one lane bridge spans the Pemigewasset river. Enjoy the gentle rumbling sound as you cross the bridge in or on your vehicle. No pedestrians, please! Parking near the bridge is extremely limited. Consider having lunch at the Covered Bridge House restaurant, just steps from the bridge. Good food and scenery, ample customer only parking, and outdoor dining in season. Doesn't get much better!

It was 100% a bridge alright! Right like it says on the tin! Made mostly of wood and built in 2001! What a year!nnPurhaps if you are looking to travel across a bridge, choose this one. You can only cross it from 1 of 2 directions at a time, but don't be discouraged; you can easily turn around and cross it again from the direction you missed! What a deal!!!

Pretty covered bridge.nnAlways busy in the summer for swimming.nnMake sure to read local watershed results before swimming though. There have been several times that they don't put warnings up and people are swimming in water that has high levels of e-coli. ud83eudd2e

Beautiful and well maintained covered bridge, the river below is very peaceful but didn't want to disturb the picnickers so I stayed on the road
