Refused to give security deposit back on departure, screamed and cussed at me on the phone. We were never notified of policy changes. Do not rent from them even if it's your last option. Horrible people.
Very nice facility, people are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this storage facility to everyone.
The ladies are sweet hearts, always a smile on their face. They have security storage units,with cameras and lock gate. They grounds are clean. I just love it over at the Yeaton storage been with them for over two years
Worst customer service ever. They’ll put you on a waitlist for a unit and then you have to take it they day they called. They do not accommodate you needing 30-days notice for your previous unit & if you ask for that 30 days you will get yelled at and hung up on. Horrible interaction.
Great folks! I've been on waiting lists for a unit for almost a year. This is the only business that called me even though other establishments were advertising openings.
