Very understanding and only charged regular price rather than after hours price. I’m a single dad and I had my daughter with me when I locked my keys in my car. I have limited money. He got here earlier than he said he’d get here too. Fast at opening the door also. Thank you so much!
This was one of the nicest polite helpful and understanding guys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He was very accommodating when I had to reschedule, he did an excellent job! I couldn't be more happy about the results! He met me at my vehicle and had a new key and van started within 15 minutes! The dealership said it would take atleast 1.5 hours. This was the most pleasant experience my wife and I could have had. We needed a motorcycle key made, and after every attempt of going to all other retailers that offer key copies, none of them could do it since it wasn’t “in their system”. So we went to google, and started calling down the line. Every one who answered had some outrageous price tag associated, or were unable to do it within our time frame. This guy had us set up immediately, and met us at a convenient location, and the process took less than five minutes! No wonder he has all perfect reviews on here! Never going anywhere else for my keys again, they were half the cost of the dealership! Thanks again!!!!

After multiple helpful services from Chad from Fortified Auto, Lock & Safe I’m finally leaving a review because he deserves the excellent report. He has helped me with car key repairs, helped my parents with household door lock problems, multiple key copies, getting into my locked car, and breaking into my cheap Walmart safe that broke and had me locked out.
