I really love walks at Pisgah. The trails are marked and there are maps online. Diversity in the scenery with woods, water, meadows and some remnants of homesteads. There is hunting, so wear bright clothing or vests. I see lots of people walking dogs on leashes,too.
Pisgah state park is awesome. It delivers miles of 4 wheeler, dirt bike, snowmobiles and hikeing trails. It also has great scenery. Well worth the trip. For a low cost day of fun
Ohvr trails are wide and easy to maneuver. Terrain is easy to ride great for beginners.
Gorgeous state park, great for casual/moderate hiking. Parking is a bit limited, but you can always park along the road leading up which works out fine.
