Condo campground on Lake Winnisquam. For most it's a 3 season getaway with the bulk of the lots filled with travel trailers and other semi permanent structures.nnPros:nBoat launch, sandy beach, year round bath house and full access to the lake.nAffordable. Low condo fees.nClose to Rt 93 and it's amenities. 40 min from Manchester making it easy to get to a big NH lake quickly.nnThings to consider:nNo pets.nMost lots have seasonal water (bath house for the remainder).nCannot be used as a permanent residencenNo overnight stays during early March to early April.nnThat said, if one understands its purpose (camp not house living) and the value (affordable access to a big lake) you'll enjoy it.
I go here every year with my friends,playground and excellent for man hunt!
Private resort! Great place to be.
Love the people and atmosphere. Non stop party from memorial day to labor day.
The beach and lake are awesome!
