The food is amazing!!! Got a lobster roll w/clam. The size is enough for 3 people!nThe lobster roll is on point, not overwhelming with mayo, the lobsters were abundant and straight to the point, no celery :) there is a bed of lettuce that further balanced the roll.nnThe outdoor ambiance is great as well!nHighly recommend!nn(My picture does not do it justice, its BIG!)

I was told how great this place is however my experience yesterday was far from that.. After almost $70 for a seafood plate, onion rings, mozz sticks, French fries and 4 drinks was not worth it and left 2 of us feeling very sick afterwards.. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to

Their food is outstanding! The portions are huge, fresh and delicious. Great, fast service with a smile. The fried clams and haddock are the best around. The perfect batter- not too much or too little. I look forward to every visit.

Great tasting food and excellent portions. Seafood is expensive so you need to feel like you are getting your money's worth. Pop's Clam Shell has it nailed in the value column as well as taste!

Very Disappointed. Love their onion rings and it’s all I wanted while I was in Alton Bay. We tried 4 times to get them. Twice the lines were outrageous and it was 90 degrees out. Third time it was closed and last time we went at 3:20 and the staff said they were closed and not reopening again until 4. Web has no mention they close between the hours it states they are open. Staff also not wearing masks. Is this not a mandate for NH?
