I called, they contacted their field guy who called and said where he was and when he would be there...took maybe 3 minutes to unlock my door, the charge was a little higher than expected but you do have to pay for skill

Terrible! We brought in a safe for our son. They told us it was more secure than they first thought and said it would be around $25 to open. When our son picked it up, they charged $50. When I called to complain, I hoped for at lnthe least, an apology. Instead, he got belligerent with me. Do not use this company.
