Fast service and courteous staff and cheap sandwiches

I love Jimmy Johns. But the delivery service or lack of that I got was unexcusable. I placed 2 orders online at 11:30 requesting both for 12:30 delivery, thus giving them an hour to prep. I was at an expo so I went outside to the location I had given as the address to wait. I called them at 12:35 and told them exactly where I was standing. I waited for over 15 minutes when the app still did not show the sandwiches were out for delivery. I called a 2nd time and was told they were leaving right away. Another 15-20 minutes went by without the app updating so I called. I was told that they were short staffed and really busy! I explained that I had ordered and hour before requested delivery to accommodate them.nThey did show up 45 minutes later than the requested time. I stood outside of the expo waiting 45 minutes AFTER I gave them the hour for prep!nnI never did get the second order. They did refund it but never called or asked if I wanted it. Just refunded and never delivered.nnI dont like to leave negative and dont leave many negative reviews. Over 250 Google reviews and less than 10% are not 5 Star. And less than 3% are not 4 or 5 star...I usually just ignore the issue knowing it was probably a bad day but this was really unlike any other Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had.

Fingers crossed the sandwich line workers are mouthbreathers, because neither of them are wearing their mask over their noses today.nnAlso noticed ingredients on the sign show no tomatoes as ingredients, but they are on at least some of them.
