Pizza Hut

Horrible customer service. I should never call and have someone be so hostile for taking an order. I was really looking forward to eat some pizza. We are staying in a hotel and the lady who took our order said she would call us at arrival of hotel. We waited an hour, trying to be patient. We called after we hadn't herd anything. The person who answered said they had came and no one answered after 5 calls and two text messages. I hadn't received a call or text. They then said no one was at the front desk so if we wanted our pizza we would have to pick it up. After working a 13 hour shift this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. We are now waiting to get a full refund. Im not sure who the manager is but something needs to change. Cooperate please be more considerate of your customers. Thank you

We just ordered a pizza and it was delivered. PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS. ALMOST $23 BUCKS FOR A PIZZA! ONE PIZZA! SERIOUSLY?? We tipped good as we always do because the delivery drivers work for tips and they deserve it. Toppers, Dominos, Valentino's, Godfathers, just as good. Last time I bought the same pizza it was $13 and change. Talk about price gouging! People are struggling enough without being taken advantage of in this time and age. BYE BYE PIZZA HUT! You just sold your last pizza to us. Good luck surviving the pandemic☹

Started to order and the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, ended up going to a different one that had way better reviews.nI would do less than -5 stars if I had the option.

Warning!!! Eat at your own risk and expect the wrong ordernnNegative stars if I couldnnThis is the worst Pizza Hut I have EVER ordered from hands down! After we received our order which was incorrect, I called the store and spoke (respectfully) to the gentleman about the order and he out right called me a liar!! ( jaw drop) I received two cheese sticks cut into quarters (Total 8) which was over cooked and the cheeses was all over, instead of our garlic knots (which you are to get 10) ... I ordered Cajun fries and they were plain... I asked for the manager and the gentleman said “that’s me and you got the right order” I again tried to explain that what I ordered was not what I received and wanted to send/email him a picture, he said that’s how they do things there.nSo if you order garlic knots you should just order cheese sticks and you’ll get more for less.nnI can not even express to you how frustrated I was after that call that I couldn’t even eat it. Worse customer service I have experienced and will never order from them again. Save yourself the the pain in the a$$ and money go somewhere else... even if that’s out of your way Pizza Hut, anywhere but ...

Ordered pizza 45 mins before they stop taking orders at 10 pm, it’s down the street from home, the past three times the pizza is a mess and not cooked completely. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
