Pizza Hut

If I could give this Pizza hut zero Stars I would. Their manager April is completely rude and has no regards also for the people who are paying to have this delivered. I will never here again and would suggest that unless you want your pizza to be delivered very late and cold you don't order from there either

NEVER AGAINnWe ordered online at 5:10 or so. Received confirmation number and charge was put on our bank account. OK, no problem. 25 Minutes later we get an e-mail stating that the order wasn't able to be processed. Confusing because we got a confirmation and we were charged. At 5:50, 10 minutes past the window for delivery I called and spoke with a gentleman (no name given) who read my order to me to the penny (even though they supposedly never received it) and advised that there was an issue and it would be another hour before we received our order. Cut to 2 hours later, still no food. I called and asked to speak with a manager, the first person I spoke to was not a manager (no name given), all he would do was offer to take another order and hung up on me as I was explaining that wasn't satisfactory. I called back, spoke with the night manager (Amber, possibly April) who advised they never received my order, said they never confirmed my order when I called in a couple of hours previous, essentially calling me a liar. No offer for rectification. She seemed nonplussed that I offered to provide a confirmation number which was given to us at the point of order completion. She simply insisted that what happened, didn't.nnThe service was such that we will NEVER patronize this and likely ANY Pizza Hut again.

April the manager is extremely rude they said our order was going to be almost 2 hours, because they didn't have a delivery driver, when I said I would pick it up they couldn't take off the delivery charge, I had to argue with them about that charge being taken off. Unbelievable I will never order here again pizza hut lost my business for life, way to go april

They deserve no stars. If you order off the website they will mess something up. My daughter loves stuffed crust or I’d have stopped ordering from them after the 3rd time they forgot the marinara and wouldn’t send any out. Last time it was supposed to be stuffed crust and it wasn’t and they said because it’s ordered off the website there’s nothing they could do. Good old fashioned customer service has gone out the window. “Well sir I’m not allowed to do that”... most people understand that a happy customer is more important than a $0.50 item.

I think they deliver good food but the last several times ordering pizza hut the delivery people haven't worn masks to the doors to exchange the food to us. I think if you are coming in contact with people at their houses you should be wearing a mask.
