Once about 6 months ago we ordered from this location a $17 sandwich without lettuce or tomato. upon delivery we found it had those items we requested it to be without. so naturally we called requesting a new sandwich. to which they replied we had to order a whole new $17 sandwich. we were a bit annoyed of course but did order the same sandwich again. only to receive it the same as before. at that point we went to the store ourselves and asked for our money back.nnfast forward 6 months to today. we ordered the same simple $17 sandwich and it was delivered with the items we did not want. we called them again only to be told they cant replace it and that we have to buy a whole new $17 sandwich.nnsame location, same issue. we will no longer be using this jimmy johns for business.

This is the third time in a row I have ordered from this location and have waited forever. First time I waited an hour and a half before calling, they didn't even have my order started. They said it would be out in 10 minutes. Got a call ten minutes later saying it would be atleast a half hour before they could start my sandwhich. Nearly 2 and a half hours later, I got my food. Next time, I waited an hour and a half. This time its been 40 minutes, still not delivered. And I live like, a 5 minute drive away. Definitely done with this location.

Quick service but barely anything in the sandwiches. There was hardly any sandwich to speak of. Very disappointing. If these had not been carryout I would have complained on site.

I walked in this hot sun to get a sandwich, ordered #13 and instead was given #10. Could have asked them to rectify the order but I had already left the store and discovered the wrong order when I was far away. Couldn't even look at the roast beef sandwich (#10) that I was given as my order, had to throw it away very quickly. Looking forward to a refund. But most importantly, your staff needs to pay utmost attention to orders to make sure they get them right and right all the time.

great location to chill, eat some good food. feeling here is like a restaurant in fort worth i liked.
