I was comparing Charlie's Philly cheese steak and wing's vs Wingstop. Better variety at Wingstop for wing's. Flavors available, fries and how you want them seasoned and veggies on the side. Only take out because of Covid-19.
Cold. Cold fries. Cold tenders. Cold wings. I got the hottest wings and they were NOT hot. Go to Wendells for wings or “wings over” or any sub shop. This was not worth the money hard to express my disappointment. Ive gotten frozen buffalo wings from the grocer that are significantly better and this is not meant as exaggeration. Cant believe this business is called wings. Should be called “wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp with soggy fries”.
Horrible customer service - here’s what I experienced today:nI’ve been trying to call this store to place an order over phone. Tried three times since this afternoon. Now it’s 8pm, their phone rang but no one picked up, so I thought it could be their phone line issue. Then I drove to their store hoping to place an order in person. I explained to the girl at the cash register that I’ve been trying to reach them all day. She gave me an attitude and told me, “Because we’ve been busy all day!” Honestly I can careless if you are busy or not. Regardless, I left the store immediately.nJust save yourself some time and frustrations and go to a nearby Wingstop in Randolph.
Instead of garlic parm wings i got plain wings and they forgot two ranch sauces... Won't be going there again
I’m highly upset that the young lady has a mask on under her chin ... not once have I seen her put on her mask fully while I waited outside for my food ... then they refuse to answer the phone ... very serious problem due to COVID this is not ok if she’s gonna be cooking food
