I started using CVS 2 months ago after having horrible horrible HORRIBLE experiences with Walgreens across the street. I have several scripts and take advantage of any discounts available as some of my medications are not covered by insurance. I’ve made 3-4 trips to CVS pharmacy and the difference between the 2 stores is remarkable. CVS staff gladly reran my scripts to use GoodRx discounts which save me at least $40 a month. Walgreens staff and store manager are extremely rude and told me I can’t use GoodRx because I have insurance, even though GoodRx advertises they can be utilized with insurance. Both Walgreens and CVS are listed as participating pharmacies with GoodRx. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with CVS staff. The difference is like night and day. I appreciate their help so much!!! I’d give a 10 star review if that were an option!

Worst pharmacy experience ever!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first one or two times. But when they're rude every single time and don't help you with anything, that's where I draw the line. Never doing business there again!!! Wish I could give them zero stars

Rude workers in the pharmacy and a pharmacy manager who acts like he doesn’t care. No wonder the technicians act the way they do. There’s no accountability. I get that people are overworked and underpaid, but get a different job other than customer service...where you’re actually paid to, you know, provide customer service. And just because you hide behind a phone or glass covering, doesn’t mean you get to be rude. The next time I need a pharmacy, I will definitely choose a different one.
