The food is so good here. I keep forgetting that they have great food in Brockton! The fish is awesome and the chicken. I want to try everything here. That will take a lot of time but it's worth it. Go and enjoy the food, seriously!

I worked with Stephen Corsaro as a lawyer when purchasing my first home. When we spoke on the phone we discussed a $350 fee for his services, and no other fees were discussed. I got an estimate from the bank for the closing costs and they estimated that it would cost $725 for the attorney fees. They may have gotten these fees by estimating using what other customer pay without communicating Stephen, I was not aware of that at the time.nnWhen I got the closing costs, they were over $1,000 more than the estimation I got from the bank. The final attorney costs were $350 + $1,445! Many of these fees were due to contracting out the services including: a title examination fee and $35 for postage. These fees ended up being reduced with an agreement that I would no longer be represented by Stephen at the final closing, and he would only represent the bank. We also had an issue where he was given an updated closing date and miscommunicated the later closing date to the title search company.
