We have stayed at Stearns in the past with our Scout Troop and did some cross country skiing, sledding etc. I’ve also been there for Woodbadge.nnOur most recent trip was with the family and we stayed in Beim Lodge for the first time. It was recently renovated 2 years ago and was just perfect for us. There is heat and running water with fridge and stove. The cabin is nestled in between a lake and river. The Ranger (Anthony) was great to work with and very accommodating. We already have reservations to come back!
Plenty of open spaces to move around in and trails for day hikes. Beautiful scenery this time of year.
Great Scout camp with great winter programs.
