Its my 3rd year working for the company and I can honestly say I love it here its always a different experience here everyday. If your ever looking for a fun new experience everyday this is the place to be.
Awesome variety of costumes... great customer service... wonderful employees and manager!!
Top notch service and lots of fun costumes and decor. Got spooked by one of the animatronics they have scattered through the store and it really put me into the Halloween spirit!
although this place has a great number of selections compared to other halloween stores i’ve been to, one of the managers, katie, has ruined my experience and i will no longer be shopping here for halloween things. i’ve seen her yell at her employees like never seen before and it disgusts me! you should never treat your own the way she does to them. and when i asked her for help, she immediately had an intolerable attitude that i wouldn’t let go unseen. i will not be visiting her ever again. just horrible.
The manager is the worse, her name is Katie. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
