That was one of the worst service experiences of my life. I walked in and asked what I thought was a simple question and was actually shouted out of the office do to a misunderstanding of how the person at the front desk phrased my question. Instead of being able to explain they literally yelled at me till I left. We have four businesses and because of that I gracefully left without an argument and even thanked then for their time, that is how you do business. Did they know what businesses I was there with, no. But that is how you do business with a smile not with a roar. I will never do business with them. As a marketing analyst and business consultant professionally, I will make sure my 400+ clients refrain from or even stop service with them.
