Pharmacy is incompetent. They misinformed and lied to a customer WHOES CHILD WAS DEPENDING ON MEDICATION IN ORDER TO OPEN THEIR AIRWAYS AND NOT SUFFOCATE. Unbelievably horrible experience for that customer after they had called ahead and was told it would be “20 minutes” to be told 20 minutes later that the medication wasn’t in stock. This store had no right to have a pharmacy.

Waited in drive thru line a long time. Then got to the window where I waited 13 more minutes for someone to come to the window. Asked for hubby’s prescription (which pharmacist stated would give a couple emergency doses until mail order came in). Apparently pharmacist never did it. So I sat there another 5 minutes while they filled that. All of this because the mail order portion of Walgreens didn’t refill the script in a timely manner. So if you value your time I’d recommend not stopping in the drive thru. And never do it during after work hours.

I drove a long ways to get my vaccination which I had an appointment for. After standing there at pharmacy line for 5 mins they finally told me computer system was down. I got turned away even though I had confirmation and ID. They handled the situation poorly.

As much as I dislike non-family owned pharmacies, this particular branch is more unique than the rest in the area. They have a huge selection of other household and office products that you wouldn’t expect to find there. I can’t say much about the pharmacy staff as I have only used the storefront, but so far this place saved me from wasting time driving around looking for the things I needed more than once.
