Huge shout out to the pharmacy technician, Sam, who helped us in the pharmacy drive up this morning. She helped us by asking if someone working in the store could grab Easter Egg coloring kits for us to look over so we didn't have to go in the store. Sam came back to the window with 3 different Easter egg coloring crafts and made my day! THANK YOU, Sam!! You're totally doing your part in social distancing.

I scheduled a flu shot appointment for this location online. I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment and walked up to the pharmacy counter stating I was there for my flu shot and would like fill out the necessary paperwork. The young blonde girl behind the counter said they were out of flu shots. I stated that I had an appointment scheduled online and confirmed for 2:00 PM. She stated they they don’t use the website for scheduling and only take walk ins. There was no apology, and the employee rolled her eyes at me, turned her back, and walked away when I suggested they remove the online scheduling feature from their website if they do not use it at this location. Very unprofessional behavior from the employee. Also a suggestion to Walgreens Corporate; do not allow individuals to schedule vaccine appointments online if the location of the appointment is out of the vaccine.

Good location, but can be a little sketchy at times. Store layout does not feel right to me. Staff checks out quick but does not seem very happy, and I mean I guess I can understand that but I've had much better experiences at the West Duluth Walgreens.

Pharmacists are fine but the pharmacy techs continue to be rude. They are also very slow stating a prescription will be ready in 15 minutes and usually taking 45 or more.
