The girl working was SOOO friendly and her customer service was amazing. She helped me pick out several outfits, I tried them on and she helped me decide which one was the cutest (all of them were cute though, so it was a toss up). The prices are great, considering the quality of the items. And they have the TRENDIEST clothes. How did I not know this place existed? 11/10 will be coming back soon!
There was one girl working in the store when I decided to stop by and she was condescending and incredibly rude. My boyfriend even noticed her aggressive behavior from the car while he was waiting outside. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but in doing so I expect polite employees at the very least.
Ivy Moon is hands down my favorite place to shop! It’s a beauty to walk into! Every lady is so inviting and welcoming and makes you feel special! I’ve found such unique and special pieces from this boutique! I love them all! I try my best to stop in weekly...but I just had a baby about 2 months ago so stopping in isn’t as easy! So now I always make sure to support them via online since I can’t be there in person! I highly recommend this place! It’s a gem! ♥ufe0f
Cute clothes but WAY over priced and awful costumer service. It’s too bad that such a nice shop in Duluth doesn’t know how to give good service to their customers. Let’s hope they can find better staff other than college kids who don’t understand human decency.
Elle, Gavrielle and their team run such an amazing & affordable boutique! It’s my favorite place to shop when I’m in Duluth because everyone is so friendly and they have the cutest pieces! Their inventory is always changing which is great too.
