It’s not often when I go into a store and come out feeling compelled to leave a review. I came into Great Lakes exchange looking for Cross Country Ski’s. Because my know is few and I’m a beginner. I counted on Great Lakes to help me find a pair that fit me and my needs. With that said they did not disappoint. I left that store feeling to happy and excited for my new adventure. Lily our sales associate helped us out so much. She made me and my family feel welcomed and shared in our excitement. What matter most to was the respect and care she gave to me and my kids. My youngest was so excited he gave her a hug and said “Thank you”. No words can express how grateful I am.

Ok, if you love the outdoors you GOTTA go here! If you love silent sports You REALLY MUST go here! If you just need clothes and want good quality and a great price, check it out! This is my absolute favorite place in town to shop. Every day brings a new surprise from clothing, to bikes, kayaks, skis, doggy stuff, and a ton ton ton ton more! Another reason it is my favorite is because they are very careful about COVID...you have to wear a proper mask and wear it correctly and they enforce that...there is a limit as to how many people can be in the store at one time...the staff is very good with using sanitizer...they also know a ton about what they are selling unlike some other used places in town. If they don't know...they will gladly look it up for you! If you have yet to visit this place...do it!

Always wanted to see a shop like this open in Duluth.nnGreat used outdoor equipment and clothing. You never know what gotta-have-it surprise you might find there.nnGreat option for selling in-used gear that someone else might love.
