Very helpful. When an sales floor employee asked my if I needed help which was done 10 x at least they all did it in a way that didn't make me feel like there doing there best to get me to just spend money. I hate it when employees even ask me 1ns if I need help. I'll ask when I do need help. Even the 19th time I was asked I didn't feel pressured no sure how they did it. Duluth Pack must have reformat there brains and upload tactile skills. My wordy way of saying it enjoyable to just going there even when you not sure if you even want to buy anything. Plus 99% quality.99% because no one is perfect

Very quiet right now, but one of the only places that is open in the evenings in the canal area. There are great options for outdoor clothing and gear. There were many workers, but not many shoppers at the time I visited. Very warm environment.

DISAPPOINTED! I was so excited to receive this Duluth Pack Rambler. Waited until I had the money saved, and finally purchased. First I purchased a brown one, but days later get a message it is on 6 week backorder. No idea why it let me order something that is not in stock. So I call and switch to an Olive color. That's fine too. But when I receive the pack and try it on, the straps are about 2 notches too short. I go to their website and to my great surprise they have strap extentions! Then the Rollercoaster goes back down. The extentions are $30. Ok fine, let's get them. Go to checkout, the shipping cost for 2 small leather straps is $20! I call Duluth for help, and they say they can shave it to $19 lol. Then I express my disappointment to them on Instagram and they say they can help me out if I call. So I call and they inform me they can't. Finally they offer 15% off the straps to try and help. You do the math, 15% off $30 + tax + $20 shipping. All this just so I can use the $335 pack I bought. The Customer Servic Manager reached out to me, and he treated me with great respect and tried to make it right even offering free shipping. But his service team had already ruined the experience. Ridiculous. Sending it back today.

So it was a Saturday morning and UPS drops off a new Gransfors Outdoor Axe from Duluth Pack. Packing was superb. I open it, I'm overjoyed with this hatchet in my paws, so I throw some shoes on and take it outside to test, and as to be expected it worked so well I thought dwarves might have forged it. I shoot a bit of spray paint on the bottom of the handle let it dry and then remove it so the grain looks different from other campers tools, yet still will maintain that wood handle feel. Ok so I have done all of this and never noticed the fitting of the head. I mean it's so bad I think Duluth sold me a Gransfors second quality at full price. It's fully functional however at full price for a wedge that is the only material in a part of the handle fitting. Gransfors promises that second quality will perform just as good, and it did. But Duluth has a responsibility to inform that sq is what I was purchasing and the price reflected that of A REAL GRANSFORES!!!!! Because of such a blunder I will be verrrrrry hesitant to purchase from Duluth Pack ever again and feel as a GBA fan boy it is my responsibility to inform Gransfors of this blunder. I would like to think Duluth Pack is not buying Seconds axes and selling them as first rate GBA material but hey people do lowly things and some of those people own companies. I'm sure GBA will know how to handle this. No pun intended.
