I sent in 2 real nice red coyotes to have hats made back in March 2020, understanding covid was a issue it is now April 12 2021. I have sent several furs to a different facility for trappers tan and I have sent some deer capes in for wet tan for taxidermy. Received them all back and got the deer mounted and returned to customers as I still sit here waiting for my paid in full order of 2 coyote hats. I have sent a few emails which no response. I have called a few times to be told multiple dates. The last done date was to be in March one full year later. Still I have not received nothing. I recommend this place to nobody.

I have been doing business here for years....I have 9 vests and three coats several smaller items Andy & Adam strive for the best! Tanning hides is NOT a precise process Fur Handling is the key! They are prompt their product is 1st Rate..they have earned my repeat business in process of another garment! HIGHEST REGARDS Thanks Greg WV!

I have used USA Foxx several times for fur tanning as well as making a coyote vest and beaver mittens. I see some other sub-par ratings for them here and they appear to be unwarranted. I see several complaints about holes in hides. An occasional hole in a hide is an inevitable part of fleshing and tanning. Several of my hides have this but it is unnoticeable on the fur side. Turnaround on my last order was a little slow but I will cut them a bit of slack due to the COVID situation. The quality of all they have done for me has exceeded expectations

I wanted to tan my deer hide in a hurry. Every time I called, someone picked up and answered all my questions. They will even provide you a shipping label for discounted shipping. I priced it out and it was about $20 cheaper through their return label. The paperwork was relatively easy to fill out, again, they are there to answer your questions if you have any. I paid for rush for tanning and salting. I received it back within the time they gave me. It was only a few weeks versus giving it to someone here and it taking months and months. When I received the hide, it was perfectly soft and supple, they did tail to toe. I can't give enough praise to these guys. I highly recommend them. They are very good at what they do.
